To receive a copy through the mail, please send four US dollars ($4) postage & handling for requests to the U.S., Canada or Mexico, or eight US dollars ($8) postage & handling for any other country to: CTPA, PO Box 5648, Auburn, CA 95604. If you would like a durable plastic Club OutWest card, we recommend you order your camping guide through them (US only).
